National Coatings recommends the following procedure for any areas designated as walkways or high traffic areas such as access points and HVAC equipment on the AcryShield system:
In areas designated as walkways or high traffic areas apply 2 additional coats of AcryShield A550 at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet while embedding RoofGuard Granules at 35 pounds per 100 square feet between each coat. Color of AcryShield applied in walkways to be determined by owner.
