3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PermaPatch and Repair is a trowel grade, 100% silicone rubber that is ideal for sealing penetrations. It is excellent for use over cracks, seams, penetrations, holes, fish mouths, laps, curbs, drains and joints. PermaPatch and Repair has a 25-year limited warranty and comes in white, grey and black color options.

4. TYPICAL CURE RATE

Cure rate at 77°F and 50% RH:

1. Tack-free time: 1-2 hour.
2. Complete cure (1/8” depth): 16-18 hours

5. INSTALLATION

• The surface must be clean and free from oils and other contaminants.
• Product can be brush, trowel, or putty knife applied.

• In all cases, a sample should be tested and/or test joints should be installed on the project to confirm suitability.

6. STORAGE

Store materials between 50°F and 90°F to prevent damage to products. Do not store at high temperatures or direct sunlight. Protect all materials from freezing during transit, handling, storage, and installation. Minimum one-year shelf life if stored at 50°F-90°F.

25-Year limited warranties are available PermaPatch and Repair when used in Silicone Roofing Systems and installed by approved applicators.
