Energy Star Compliant Products
ENERGY STAR qualified roof products save money and energy by reducing the amount of air conditioning needed to keep a building comfortable. Low Slope Roof products that meet or exceed solar reflectance of >=0.65, without compromising product quality and performance, qualify for the ENERGY STAR label. After 3 years, the solar reflectance must be >=0.50.

About the ENERGY STAR Roof Products Program
The EPA ENERGY STAR Roof Products Program is a voluntary program with roofing manufacturers to encourage the promotion of products that meet energy efficiency criteria.
