Air Evac Lifeteam Building

Size: 1,200 Square Feet
Location: Poplar Bluff, Missouri

Challenges: Existing Aged Hardy Board

• Crews needed to detached three decks, which were fastened to the building and power wash the entire structure.
• Several seams on the exterior required the installation of 6" seam tape to provide superior waterproofing and create a flush surface.
• Multiple nail holes and cracks were filled and sealed with ACRYFLEX® for long-term flexibility, adhesion and weather resistance.

Solution: RenuWall® Weatherproofing System

• Initial elastomeric wall coating was spray installed in a vertical motion and back rolled to eliminate any voids or porosity.
• Final coat was sprayed in a horizontal motion to create a crosshatch form.
• The competed wall system had a total of 16 mils of coating.

The RenuWall Weatherproofing System provided the Air Evac Lifeteam with a building that will deliver long-term durability, protection and flexibility with extreme waterproofing.
