Installed new larger fasteners at site screen supports where several leaks were detected.

Sealed all fasteners on the sleeper coping metal flashings to ensure superior waterproofing.

Installed highly reflective top coat to lower energy cooling costs related to HVAC usage.

Installation of AcryShield Restoration System did not require drilling, nailing or seam-welding and did not use any harmful or strong odors - minimizing disruption to tenants in the building during installation.
The AcryShield System offered a watertight, durable solution to resolving Crossroads’ roof leaks. The tenants were happy that the installation was completed with minimal disruption to the company operations and reported that the building is now “feeling much better” on hot summer days.
