Title 24 Compliant Products

Title 24 is the Energy Efficiency portion of the California Building Code reducing per person energy usage in California.

Highlights:

Title 24 regarding Cool Roofing became law in October 2005
All low slope roofs installed after this date must have a 3-year aged solar reflectance of 0.55 or a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 64 and above.
National Coatings’ AcryShield^® products exceed Title 24 requirements.
The high reflectance and emittance values of AcryShield roof coating products allow for the substitution of lower efficiency building components in other areas of building design.
