3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AcryShield A640 is a unique fast setting multi-purpose acrylic elastomeric coating for use over a variety of substrates including asphalt, single-ply and metal roofing. A640 provides resistance to early wash-off associated with heavy dew and light rain.
A640 has unique “bleed blocking” properties that make it particularly suited for coating over asphalt surfaces, and exceeds several ASTM D6083 requirements for critical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, wet adhesion and weatherability.

5. INSTALLATION
- May be applied by spray, brush,
or roller.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.
- Apply at temperatures above 50ºF.
- Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.
- Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure.
