3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ClearSeal A101 is a clear, flexible, water based sealer and conditioner for surfaces that can be only marginally cleaned or are difficult to adhere to.
A101 is excellent for use over:
- Asphalt BUR
- Mineral Cap Sheet
- Modified Bitumen
- Concrete
- Transite
- Other Porous Surfaces

5. INSTALLATION
- May be applied by spray, brush,
or roller.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.
- Apply at temperatures above 50ºF.
- Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.
- Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure.
