Wear suitable respirator (MSHA/NIOSH approved or equivalent) where exposure limits are exceeded.

EFFECTS OF OVER EXPOSURE:

  • Inhalation:                      Vapor or mist can cause irritation of the nose, throat and lungs.
  • Eye Exposure:                   Possibly slightly irritating to eyes with direct contact.
  • Skin Exposure:                 Possible skin irritant with repeated or prolonged contact.

EMERGENCY & FIRST AID PROCEDURES:

  • Inhalation:                      Move subject to fresh air.
  • Eye & Skin Contact:       Flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Wash affected skin areas with soap and water. See a physician if irritation persists.
  • Ingestion:                         If swallowed give two glasses of water to drink. See a physician.
