3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AcryShield® A603 is a unique fast setting one component, low VOC, water borne base coating designed for application to roofing membranes. It has all the performance attributes of AcryShield A503 with the addition of a proprietary mechanism that provides resistance to early wash-off associated with heavy dew and light rain.
A603 is the breakthrough, high performance base coat for surfaces such as Concrete, BUR, Mod Bit and Asphalt Emulsion coated roofing.
A603 has superior protection against ponding.
A603 eliminates the need for costly replacement.

5. INSTALLATION

Use only with AcryShield approved products to ensure reliable performance.

Do not install as top coat.

May be applied by spray, brush, or roller.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.

Apply at temperatures above 50°F.

Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.

Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure.
