3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AcryShield A600 is a unique, fast- setting, acrylic, elastomeric coating for use over a variety of substrates including Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF), asphalt, single-ply, metal and concrete roofing. A600 provides resistance to early wash-off associated with heavy dew and light rain. A600 has optimum adhesion to SPF and low temperature flexibility. A600 exceeds ASTM D6083 requirements for critical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, wet adhesion and weatherability. Includes a high performance fire retardant package.

5. INSTALLATION

  • May be applied by spray, brush, or roller.

  • All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.

  • Apply at temperatures above 50ºF.

  • Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.

  • Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure.

7. WARRANTY

Various warranties are available for specific ACRYSHIELD SPF ROOFING SYSTEMS and ACRYSHIELD RESTORATION SYSTEMS installed by approved applicators.

Periodic maintenance of ACRYSHIELD SPF ROOFING SYSTEMS and ACRYSHIELD RESTORATION SYSTEMS ensures extended performance and reduces life cycle costs.
