3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AcryShield A550 is an acrylic elastomeric coating offering urethane-like qualities with two to three times the level of elongation and tensile strength of our traditional products.
A550 provides superior protection against foot traffic and physical abuse. A550 installs over a variety of substrates including Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF), asphalt, single-ply, concrete and metal roofs.
A550 exceeds ASTM D6083 requirements for critical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, wet adhesion and weatherability

5. INSTALLATION

May be applied by spray, brush, or roller.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.

Apply at temperatures above 50ºF.

Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures.

Cool temperatures and high humidity retard cure.
